KFA USA LLC is implementing a collective purchasing system through partnerships to provide better products at lower prices to Korean franchisees in the U.S. due to the challenge that these franchisees cannot fully source raw materials from Korea. Through this system, we aim to supply high-quality products at stable prices by enhancing negotiation power.
In the past, franchisees had to individually purchase raw materials locally in the U.S. when they couldn’t get them from the Korean headquarters. Now, through collective purchasing, we can ensure that franchisees receive products at competitive prices and in a stable manner. Additionally, by partnering with K-food suppliers for sauce development and logistics companies, we help enhance cost-effectiveness and further increase competitiveness.
The most challenging aspect for Korean franchises in expanding to the U.S. is overcoming the differences in the business environment between Korea and the U.S. The Korea Franchise Industry Association's U.S. branch provides support through consulting services in partnership with experienced experts and a network of collaborators, offering systematic preparation for entering the U.S. market.
